Brussels Sprouts
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, panko, and half the Parmesan.
Air Frying
- Add sprouts to the air fryer in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Final Touches
- Return sprouts to the mixing bowl and toss with the remaining Parmesan.
- Plate and drizzle with aged balsamic. Serve immediately.
