Ingredients
  

Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 bunch Brussels sprouts ends trimmed, outer leaves removed, halved
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Cheesy Crunch Topping
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan finely grated
  • 2 tablespoon Panko breadcrumbs or pork panko for low carb
Finish
  • 1 teaspoon Aged balsamic

Method
 

Brussels Sprouts
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, panko, and half the Parmesan.
Air Frying
  1. Add sprouts to the air fryer in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Final Touches
  1. Return sprouts to the mixing bowl and toss with the remaining Parmesan.
  2. Plate and drizzle with aged balsamic. Serve immediately.
