Ingredients
  

  • 2 Avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1 Large Lime juiced (or 2 small limes)
  • Cayenne Pepper to taste
  • Kosher Salt to taste

Method
 

Blend the Mousse
  1. Add the avocados and a pinch of kosher salt to a food processor.
  2. Pulse for 60 seconds to break down the avocado.
Add Flavor
  1. Add the lime juice and cayenne pepper to taste.
  2. Process for an additional 2 minutes until the texture is smooth and creamy.
Adjust & Store
  1. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, lime juice, or cayenne as needed.
  2. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
