Blend the Mousse
Add the avocados and a pinch of kosher salt to a food processor.
Pulse for 60 seconds to break down the avocado.
Add Flavor
Add the lime juice and cayenne pepper to taste.
Process for an additional 2 minutes until the texture is smooth and creamy.
Adjust & Store
Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, lime juice, or cayenne as needed.
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
