Ingredients
  

  • Sparkling water unsweetened x 1 cup, chilled
  • 1 scoop Creatine monohydrate ~5g
  • 1-2 scoops Glycine powder ~3g
  • 2-3 tablespoon Blood orange juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Blood orange zest optional, for extra aroma
  • 1 pinch Sea salt optional, enhances flavor and hydration

Equipment

  • Citrus Juicer
  • Fine Mesh Strainer Optional

Method
 

  1. Add creatine monohydrate and glycine powder to a large glass.
  2. Pour in 2 tablespoons of the sparkling water and stir vigorously to dissolve the powders completely.
  3. Add freshly squeezed blood orange juice and stir to combine.
  4. Slowly top with remaining chilled sparkling water to preserve carbonation.
  5. Add blood orange zest and a pinch of sea salt if using.
  6. Stir gently and serve immediately over ice if desired.
