Method
Cook the Radishes
- In a medium saucepan, combine radishes, salt, and ⅓ cup water.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until radishes are fork-tender and water has evaporated, about 10 minutes.
Brown the Butter + Glaze
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter, garlic, and thyme leaves.
- Toss radishes to coat as butter melts. Raise heat to medium and cook for 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally, until butter browns and radishes are golden and glazed.
Finish and Serve
- Transfer to a serving plate and squeeze lemon juice over the top. Serve warm.
