Method
Heat a small pan over medium heat with olive oil until shimmering.
Drizzle avocado with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Place avocado face down in the pan and cook for 2 minutes until charred.
Flip and cook for 1 more minute on the other side. Remove from heat.
Plate the avocado and add crème fraîche to the center.
