Green Tahini Sauce

Say hello to the green sauce your meals have been missing. This creamy, herb-packed tahini sauce has just the right amount of garlic, lemon, and parsley, blended smooth to a consistency like heavy cream.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¾ cup parsley roughly chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove crushed
  • cup water
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Flaky sea salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Pour tahini into the bowl of a food processor
  2. Add parsley and garlic
  3. Run the machine for about 1 minute until incorporated
  4. Pour in water and lemon juice
  5. Season with ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt
  6. Blend until smooth and vibrant green; texture should resemble heavy cream
  7. Adjust with more tahini if too thin or more water if too thick
  8. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days

Notes

Storage: keep in an airtight jar or container in the fridge for up to 3 days. The tahini can separate a little as it sits, so give it a good stir before spooning it out.
