Method
Pour tahini into the bowl of a food processor
Add parsley and garlic
Run the machine for about 1 minute until incorporated
Pour in water and lemon juice
Season with ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt
Blend until smooth and vibrant green; texture should resemble heavy cream
Adjust with more tahini if too thin or more water if too thick
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days
