Ingredients
  

  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon honey orange blossom honey
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the lemon juice, zest, Dijon, tarragon, honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
