Method
- Add cubed feta to a clean 2-cup airtight jar or container.
- Add parsley, thyme, dill, oregano, red pepper flakes, and lemon zest directly into the jar.
- Pour in avocado oil and olive oil until feta is fully submerged.
- Stir gently or seal and tip jar to distribute herbs.
- Season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to let flavors infuse (longer is better).
