Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped
  • teaspoon Thai bird chili finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Avocado oil
  • ¾ tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • teaspoon Sesame oil

Equipment

  • Small jar with lid
  • Spoon or whisk

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar.
  2. Seal and shake well until sugar dissolves and flavors combine.
  3. Taste and adjust—add more vinegar for tang, more sugar for balance, or more chili for heat.
  4. Store in fridge for up to 1 week.
