Ingredients
  

  • 2 g Nekohama matcha powder about 1 tsp
  • ¼ cup Filtered water hot, not boiling
  • 1 dropper SweetLeaf sweet drops to taste
  • 1 scoop Needed collagen protein
  • Additional water or milk plant or dairy x ¾ cup, warm

  • Measuring Spoon

Method
 

  1. Matcha Blend
  2. Add 2g of matcha to a frother or blender with ¼ cup hot (but not boiling) water.
  3. Add 1 scoop of collagen protein and a full dropper of SweetLeaf.
  4. Froth or blend until fully emulsified and slightly frothy—about 60–90 seconds.
  5. Pour into your mug and top with another ¾ cup of warm water or milk. Stir or froth again if desired.
  6. Sip and feel the shift.
