Method
Add almond milk and cooled espresso to the blender.
Add protein powder and creatine monohydrate directly into the liquid. Blend until completely smooth with no clumps.
Add frozen banana and peanut butter.
Blend until fully emulsified and glossy, with a thick but drinkable texture.
Add kosher salt. Blend briefly and taste. If too thick, add a small splash of almond milk and pulse.
Pour into a chilled glass.
Finish with a light pinch of Maldon salt over the surface.
