Method
Mix 1 cup water, ½ cup rice wine vinegar, 6 tablespoon sugar, and 3 teaspoon kosher salt in a mixing bowl
Stir until the sugar and salt are completely dissolved
Pack the thinly sliced radish into a heat-proof container or jar
Pour brine over the radishes to fully submerge
Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
