Servings: 24 tablespoons
Course: Dressing/Condiment
Cuisine: Latin, Mexican

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Calabrian Chilis
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup White wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Airtight Container

Method

  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate if not using immediately.

Notes

Storage: Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week; the flavor actually deepens after a day or two. Give it a stir before serving since the oil tends to separate.
