Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger finely grated
  • 2 cloves garlic finely grated
  • 2 skin-on salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 scallions thinly sliced

  • Small mixing bowl
  • Paper Towels

Method
 

  1. Whisk soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, and grated garlic together in a small bowl.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour glaze over the salmon and coat evenly. Marinate 10-15 minutes.
  4. Place salmon skin-side down in the Cosori Iconic Air Fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes until glaze is caramelized and salmon is cooked through.
  6. Pour reserved marinade into a small pan over medium heat and reduce until slightly thickened.
  7. Spoon a little sauce on the plate. Place salmon on top.
  8. Brush the fish with the reduced glaze.
  9. Scatter sesame seeds over the top.
  10. Finish with sliced scallions.
