Whisk soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, and grated garlic together in a small bowl.
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Pour glaze over the salmon and coat evenly. Marinate 10-15 minutes.
Place salmon skin-side down in the Cosori Iconic Air Fryer basket.
Air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes until glaze is caramelized and salmon is cooked through.
Pour reserved marinade into a small pan over medium heat and reduce until slightly thickened.
Spoon a little sauce on the plate. Place salmon on top.
Brush the fish with the reduced glaze.
Scatter sesame seeds over the top.
Finish with sliced scallions.
