Microplane or fine zester
Method
In a mixing bowl, combine cornichons, parsley, chives, dill, and aioli. Mix until evenly distributed.
Add Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir well to combine.
Mix in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
Storage: this is aioli-based, so keep it in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to a week. Stir before serving since the herbs and cornichons settle.
