Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Fish sauce or soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 Thai chili finely minced (or ½ teaspoon chili flakes)
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce (or soy), honey, rice vinegar, minced chili, and garlic.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Optional: Set aside 2 tablespoon for dipping and use the rest as a quick marinade for tofu or vegetables.
