Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ tablespoon flax seeds
  • ½ teaspoon hemp seeds
  • ½ teaspoon pine pollen
  • 2 scoops Centenarius creatine powder
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoon Truvani chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon PB2 powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • ¼ cup frozen avocado
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 1 handful pomegranate seeds
  • Flaky salt to finish

Equipment

  • High-speed blender
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Measuring spoons

Method
 

Blend the Base
  1. Add all ingredients except the granola, pomegranate seeds, and flaky salt to a high-speed blender.
  2. Pulse to combine, then add a few pieces of ice and continue blending until smooth and thickened to your desired consistency.
Assemble the Bowl
  1. Pour the smoothie into a serving bowl or jar.
  2. Top with granola, pomegranate seeds, and a pinch of flaky salt.
  3. Enjoy immediately while cold.
