Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ tablespoon flax seeds
- ½ teaspoon hemp seeds
- ½ teaspoon pine pollen
- 2 scoops Centenarius creatine powder
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder
- 2 tablespoon Truvani chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon PB2 powdered peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- ¼ cup frozen avocado
- ¼ cup granola
- 1 handful pomegranate seeds
- Flaky salt to finish
Method
Blend the Base
- Add all ingredients except the granola, pomegranate seeds, and flaky salt to a high-speed blender.
- Pulse to combine, then add a few pieces of ice and continue blending until smooth and thickened to your desired consistency.
Assemble the Bowl
- Pour the smoothie into a serving bowl or jar.
- Top with granola, pomegranate seeds, and a pinch of flaky salt.
- Enjoy immediately while cold.
