Ingredients
  

  • Handful ice
  • ½ frozen avocado
  • 2 scoops Centenarius whey protein
  • 2 tablespoon PB2 powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon He Shou Wu powder
  • 2 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon Manukora Manuka honey
Toppings
  • Handful goji berries
  • Handful cacao nibs
  • Flaky salt to finish
  • 2 tablespoon Manukora Manuka honey for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Add all main ingredients (ice through almond milk) to the blender and process until smooth.
  2. Add more almond milk as needed to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and top with goji berries, cacao nibs, a drizzle of Manukora Manuka honey, and flaky salt.
