Ingredients
  

  • 2 ears Fresh corn halved, kernels grated
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter

  • Blender or food processor
  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • Kana Goods cast iron pan

Method
 

  1. Grate kernels from corn into a blender and purée until smooth.
  2. Heat Kana Goods cast iron pan over medium heat.
  3. Add butter, then pour in puréed corn.
  4. Stir constantly and cook 1–2 minutes until thickened and just set.
