  • 1 handful Mint
  • ¼ cup Pine nuts toasted
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ to ¾ cup Olive oil
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine basil, mint, toasted pine nuts, and Parmesan cheese in a blender or food processor.
  2. Pulse to start breaking down the ingredients.
