Ingredients
  

  • 6 Wings
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • Scallions thinly sliced (for garnish)
  • ½ cup Orange juice reduced
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • ¼ cup Chicken stock reduced

Method
 

  1. Pat wings dry with paper towels
  2. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
  3. Preheat air fryer to 350°F
  4. Cook wings for 15–20 minutes, depending on size
  5. With 5 minutes left, brush wings with orange-chicken stock glaze
  6. Remove and plate
  7. Garnish with sliced scallions and an extra drizzle of glaze
