Ingredients
  

  • 6 chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • scallions for garnish

Method
 

Make the Glaze
  1. In a small saucepan, simmer orange juice and chicken stock over medium heat until reduced by half.
  2. Stir in fresh orange zest and set aside.
Cook the Wings
  1. Pat wings dry with paper towels.
  2. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  4. Add wings in a single layer. Cook for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Glaze and Finish
  1. With 5 minutes left, brush wings with orange glaze.
  2. Cook until crisp and glossy.
  3. Plate wings and drizzle with remaining glaze.
  4. Garnish with thin-sliced scallions.
To Plate
  1. Serve hot with dipping sauces on the side.
  2. Add celery sticks or fries to make it a meal.
  3. Pair with crisp beer or citrus soda for contrast.
