Preheat air fryer to 390°F
Toss mushrooms with olive oil, savory salt, vinegar, and garlic powder
Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until well browned
Mix Kewpie mayo with black garlic puree until smooth
Dollop mayo onto plate
Tile mushrooms over mayo
Garnish with chives and flaky salt
Serve immediately
