For the Smoothie
  • Banana x 1 ripe
  • Blueberries x ½ cup
  • Ice x 1 handful
  • Almond milk @malkorganics x 1 cup
  • Protein powder @centenariusnutrition x 1 scoop
  • Creatine @centenariusnutrition x 2 scoops
  • Honey x 1 tbsp
  • Maca powder x ½ tsp
  • He shou wu powder x ½ tsp
  • Pine pollen x ¼ tsp
For Garnish
  • Goji berries x to taste
  • Cacao nibs x to taste

Method
 

Blend the Smoothie
  1. Add banana, blueberries, ice, almond milk, protein powder, creatine, honey, maca powder, he shou wu powder, and pine pollen to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth.
Finish and Serve
  1. Pour into a glass.
  2. Top with goji berries and cacao nibs.
  3. Serve immediately.
