Ingredients
  

For the Smoothie
  • 1 Banana ripe
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • 1 handful Ice
  • 1 cup Almond milk @malkorganics
  • 1 scoop Protein powder @centenariusnutrition
  • 2 scoops Creatine @centenariusnutrition
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • ½ teaspoon Maca powder
  • ½ teaspoon He shou wu powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Pine pollen
For Garnish
  • Goji berries to taste
  • Cacao nibs to taste

Equipment

  • Measuring spoons
  • Blender
  • Spoon or straw
  • Glass

Method
 

Blend the Smoothie
  1. Add banana, blueberries, ice, almond milk, protein powder, creatine, honey, maca powder, he shou wu powder, and pine pollen to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth.
Finish and Serve
  1. Pour into a glass.
  2. Top with goji berries and cacao nibs.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

Storage: Best blended and drunk right away while it's cold and frothy. If you need to save it, keep it in a sealed jar in the fridge for a few hours and give it a good shake before drinking, it will separate and the ice will melt down.
