Almond milk

Protein powder

Method
Blend the Smoothie
Add banana, blueberries, ice, almond milk, protein powder, creatine, honey, maca powder, he shou wu powder, and pine pollen to a blender.
Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth.
