Ingredients

  • 1 pack Urthmeal or 1 cup rolled oats
  • 8-10 oz almond milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1-2 figs sliced

Equipment

  • Jar or airtight container
  • Knife & cutting board
  • Spoon

Method

  1. To a large jar (or a few small jars for meal prep), add your oats.
  2. Pour almond milk over to fully submerge, then add a little extra to allow for absorption.
  3. Add a pinch of salt, stir lightly, and cover.
  4. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill overnight (minimum 6–8 hours).
  5. In the morning, slice your figs and add them on top. Enjoy cold or at room temp.

Notes

Storage: cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days. Add fresh fig slices just before eating so they don't turn mushy.
