Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Mango amba
  • 1 teaspoon Harissa paste

Equipment

  • Small mixing bowl
  • Spoon or whisk

Method

  1. In a small bowl or jar, combine ketchup, tahini, mango amba, and harissa.
  2. Stir until smooth and fully combined. Taste and adjust harissa for heat.
  3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Notes

Storage: keep in an airtight jar in the fridge for about a week. Give it a stir before using since the tahini can settle out. Great on fries, roasted vegetables, or a burger.
