Ingredients
  

  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 50 g oat milk more as needed
  • 1 shot espresso
  • Pinch salt
Topping:
  • 3 tablespoon yogurt plain or protein-enhanced
  • 2 tablespoon Manuka honey
  • Cacao powder for dusting

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Fine mesh sieve (for dusting cacao)
  • Jar or airtight container
  • Small whisk
  • Spoon

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, oat milk, espresso, and salt. Stir well.
  2. Check consistency and add a splash more oat milk if needed.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Once set, mix yogurt and honey together. Spread this mixture over the chilled oats.
  5. Finish with a dusting of cacao powder on top.
